DELIVERY METHODS:

The cultural paradigm for training is changing. In this training, we will use the fast-growing trend in workforce training [i.e., social media, video conferencing, mobile learning, and BYOD (bring your own device)], to create a unique opportunity to harness today’s technological advances in a powerful learning environment to complement the instructor-led classroom certifications, increase product knowledge, increase leadership development and increase technical skills for the learners. This hybrid ceramics training will be delivered as a synchronous distance course offers. We will use every week of the session, an equal- opportunity training delivery modality at a fixed time and in real time. The sessions are recorded and broadcast later. Physical presence not required but regular online presence recommended.

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of the training modules, participants shall be awarded certificates jointly signed and branded by both Epina and Mudiame University, clearly indicating the competencies attained. Successful certificate holders can apply for direct entry or 200 level admission to the ceramic engineering degree programme at Mudiame University Irrua

The interactive modules are suitable for learners with no prior or a basic knowledge of ceramics and highly beneficial to the more experienced; they provide both the theoretical and practical aspects of ceramic manufacturing processes. Graduates of Universities, NCE, OND and HND holders are eligible to register for the programmes. WAEC holders or equivalent can enrol and do as many individual modules as they wish. No entrance tests are required! Just a good level of English.
